Tenney Park is such a gem for a wedding day. It’s right in the heart of Madison, but between the lake views, the willow trees, and those classic stone bridges, it feels like your own little escape.

This wedding was simple, sweet, and full of love. The couple had their ceremony near the water with just close family and friends, and we wandered the park after for some laid-back portraits. The light was soft, the breeze was perfect, and the whole day felt easy and joyful – just how it should be.

One of my favorite things about Tenney is how many photo spots it has without feeling crowded. You can go from lakeshore to shaded paths to wide open greens, all within a few steps.
